Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Pilot Mountain, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a compassionate team delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans and support families in a respectful, growth-focused environment.

This role offers hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $26.00, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development, PTO, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with ASD preferred.
• Comfort with data collection and progress recording.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain communication with parents to review progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
