Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This in-home and community-based role helps children with autism reach their potential in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Relocation to Lillington, NC is required for part-time shifts. Competitive pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour, plus benefits including insurance, PTO, 401(k), travel reimbursement, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required
• Experience with children/ABA preferred
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
