Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in Franklinton, NC, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and their families. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, with in-home and community-based sessions and data collection using Rethink software.

We offer competitive pay ($25.00–$30.00 per hour), full-time benefits for those meeting 25 hours per week, paid time off, a 401(k) with matching, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing

Qualifications

High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition with Rethink software.
Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for reporting progress.
Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.
