Job Description

• Implement treatment plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
• Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school
• Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems
• Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times
• Monitor, record and document observations of patient behavior
• Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions
• Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects
• Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients
• Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients and recognize and report any abuse

Requirements

• Must pass criminal background check
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
• Liability insurance
• Experience working with children/adolescents. At least 1 year working in the field of ABA
