Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collaborate with a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and support families with progress updates.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for hands-on training. Applicants should have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and availability for after-school hours or weekends.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
