Job summary

PediaPlex in Southlake, Texas, is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with children, especially in special education or behavior therapy, is a plus.
• Ability to accept supervision and implement feedback.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism in various settings.
• Collect accurate and detailed data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
