Mindcolor Autism is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team in Richardson, TX. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social and daily living skills in a structured setting.

We offer growth pathways to Senior RBT and Peer Mentor roles, paid training, and support for BCBA certification, plus health, wellness, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience working with children; ABA or developmental experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and availability up to 40 hours/week.
• Comfort with physical activity and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
