Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with pay ranging from $20 to $27 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promoteSkill acquisition and behavior reduction in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or development disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methods.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, structured learning environment for each client.
