Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and clinic-based ABA sessions. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect progress data, and help caregivers apply strategies in daily routines.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs to help you grow professionally in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methods.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment implementation.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for each client.
