Qualifications

• High school diploma required and RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Passsion for clinical ABA settings and improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methodologies.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for each client.
