A dedicated autism services provider in Portales, NM is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to make a real impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide therapy and create engaging learning experiences. This full-time role offers competitive compensation between $18-$24 per hour and extensive training and support for professional growth.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance.
Responsibilities
Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
