Job summary

FronteraCare in Roswell, GA seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to support children with ASD under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA-based interventions in home, school, and community settings.

You will document progress, communicate with families, and help children reach their goals with positive reinforcement.

RBT credential support is offered, including 40-hour training, competency assessments, and exam support, with a retention bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
• College enrollment or degree preferred
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
