FronteraCare is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team in Hobbs, NM. You will support BCBA-directed therapy for children with ASD, implement strategies, and document progress. Training is provided, including 40-hour RBT credential support and ongoing supervision.

You will collaborate with families, celebrate progress, and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on positive outcomes and respectful, inclusive care.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
