Job summary

ABA.Co, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Roswell, NM team. You will work one-on-one with children in-home settings using ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support development and daily functioning.

Role includes delivering in-clinic ABA therapy if needed, following BCBA plans, data collection, and attending supervision sessions. Competitive pay, training to obtain RBT certification, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
