Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team in Anthony, NM. You will work with BCBA supervision to implement evidence-based interventions for children with autism and support families in home and community settings.

We offer RBT credential support, 40-hour training, ongoing supervision, and a retention bonus for experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BCBA to implement ABA therapy for children with ASD.
• Create engaging learning experiences and track progress with notes.
• Help families implement strategies at home and in the community.
• Maintain accurate daily progress notes for intervention plans.
