Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
