Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in their homes and community settings. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing evidence-based interventions and recording progress.

The role offers part-time hours with same-day pay, paid training, and a clear pathway to professional growth in ABA. A six-month commitment is encouraged, with flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Paid training is provided for those new to ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building plans.
