Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. You will join a dedicated clinical team implementing skill-building plans and recording session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism is expected.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations are essential.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
