Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We offer part-time roles providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with immediate training and ongoing clinical support.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. You will record session data, collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, and help clients build independence while earning competitive pay with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
