Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in North Carolina for flexible part-time shifts, with opportunities to advance within a growing ABA practice. Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and clinical staff as needed.
