Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for multiple locations across North Carolina. Positions start part-time, with opportunities to advance within a growing ABA team. Duties include delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and contributing to individualized skill-building plans.

Training is provided. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with RBT certification required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home/community settings.
• Patient, compassionate approach to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client goals.
