Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities, staying active throughout sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
