Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Shoreview, MN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver clinical ABA therapies at our clinic located at 5933 Rice Creek Pkwy. Immediate start dates are available with predictable daytime hours, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, and optional Saturdays based on patient need.

This full-time position requires active RBT certification and offers significant growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to learn best practices
