Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, in center-based and home-based settings. You will teach communication and self-help skills, work one-on-one or in small groups, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with varied physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates on treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings and meetings for professional development.
• Follow all company policies and confidentiality requirements.
