Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Westmont, IL clinic. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting session data.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a High School diploma, and can lift up to 30 lbs. Paid RBT certification is provided within 20 days of hire, with regular growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.
