Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Mesquite, TX. This full-time role features predictable day hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Immediate openings with rapid interview scheduling are available.

You will follow treatment plans, assist children through engaging activities, and help create a safe therapy space while collaborating with a supportive team. Growth paths into leadership or BCBA through our Everest Program are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
