Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

We offer ongoing mentorship, career growth, and flexible scheduling, with a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
