Channel ABA seeks an energetic RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in Montgomery County, MD. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA, collect behavioral data, and help children acquire communication, social and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have experience with autism, and can travel between client locations. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current BACB RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 45 minutes between locations.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record and track behavior data using electronic systems.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive living and functional life skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA teaching strategies.
• Coordinate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Follow BACB ethics and company policies.
• Attend supervision, team meetings and training sessions.
