As an RBT, you will offer 1-on-1 support, implement therapy sessions, and work directly with children in various settings. The role offers a salary range of $19.94 - $21.15 USD per hour and generous benefits including health insurance, RBT training, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must complete company-provided RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days.
• Experience in providing direct care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in various settings.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
