Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training within 90 days.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
