Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Active RBT certification is required at application time; ongoing certification and ethics adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by BACB.
• TB test within past 12 months.
• Arizona applicants: Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to work with children for multiple hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Collaborate with families and care teams.
• Maintain ethical and safe therapy environment.
• Uphold active RBT credential in good standing.
