Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Phoenix, AZ, seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect session data, and support development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires an active RBT credential, flexible scheduling, and willingness to work in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if applicable.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
