Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Expect a daytime schedule, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play and activities while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace around children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
