Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA/related fields, and a willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
