Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA therapy or related fields, and are willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field desired.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education/related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
