Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans.

You’ll receive mentorship, career growth support, and benefits for full-time staff, plus travel locally and data collection responsibilities to track client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
