Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement BCBA‑designed ABA plans, apply positive reinforcement strategies, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy.
• Willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
