Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a Behavior Technician in Watauga, TX. This full-time role offers stable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Start date is immediate, with rapid interview scheduling and onboarding. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, engaging children through play and structured activities, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy space.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activity.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work via provided videos.
