Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

This role starts part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the ABA field. We provide paid training, a supportive clinical team, and pathways to BCBA education programs, with options for referrals and internships to accumulate

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification is required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
