Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in their homes or community locations in Iowa. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, immediate access to paid earnings, and opportunities to advance within the thriving ABA industry.

As a dedicated RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement care plans, and collaborate with a robust clinical team to help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Paid training is provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
