Job summary

Intellistars ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pendergrass, GA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA, focusing on children with developmental disabilities to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities include collecting data, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, educating families on strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and progress toward

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially children.
• Strong data collection to monitor progress.
• Ability to educate clients and families on behavior strategies.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining care plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for team collaboration.

Responsibilities
