Intellistars ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pendergrass, GA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA, focusing on children with developmental disabilities to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RBT certification.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RBT to join our team in Pendergrass, GA. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals

• Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs

• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements

• Possess a valid RBT certification

• Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively
