Job summary

FronteraCare is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement evidence-based ABA therapy, creating engaging activities and tracking progress to help children reach their goals.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, organized, and eager to learn. Roles involve supporting families and participating in ongoing training and development in ABA.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
• College enrollment or degree preferred
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Partner with BCBAs to provide therapy that supports children with ASD
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with autism
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to aid learning
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans
• Foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community
