Job summary

FronteraCare in Albuquerque, New Mexico is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will work with BCBA teams to deliver therapy, document progress, and support families in applying ABA strategies at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Two requirements: high school diploma or GED; at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BCBAs to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans.
• Foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
