Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand; flexible scheduling; travel locally; competitive pay plus a quarterly bonus and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
