Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning.

The role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff; travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
