Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence, and collect data to monitor progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and a quarterly bonus. Travel locally and benefits are provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
