Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
