Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
