Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Aurora, CO to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and school settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and support child development across communication, social, and daily living skills.

Flexible part-time schedule with travel to client locations. Earn $25–$30 per hour for roughly 30 hours per week, with in-home and in-school services available in Aurora, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills development.
• Travel to clients' homes and schools as needed.
• Participate in staff training and professional development.
